Gentle Yoga is a slower paced class that focuses on strength and mobility, while incorporating modifications to suit the individual needs of students. It is ideal for seniors, prenatal and postpartum students, or anyone looking for a slower paced workout.

Rise and Shine on Sunday mornings at our Yoga Studio! Our Slow Flow class is the perfect way to reset for the week ahead. Take this opportunity to move your body, stretch your muscles, and set a peaceful and calming intention to take with you into the new week.

Our Standing Lunch class is the perfect way to break up your day! Take a 40 minute lunch break to release tension from your hips, shoulders, and hamstrings with a standing flow. Reenergize for the afternoon and come back to work feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

Yoga in the Park
Designed to help you connect with nature while you move your body, improve your flexibility, and reduce stress. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered to ensure that everyone can participate. Located in the park behind the Borderland Aquaplex
Classes Wednesday 7:00-7:45pm
Our mixed level classes are designed to provide experienced yogis with a fast-paced and challenging class. These classes offer new poses and postures that will help you take your practice to the next level. We encourage prenatal students to check with the instructor before registering for an advanced class to ensure it is appropriate for their stage of pregnancy. Join us and be inspired to push your practice further!
Join us every Saturday morning for our energizing Morning Flow class! This class will reset your body and mind, allowing you to move through a smooth and steady flow of postures that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Come experience this all-levels class and start your weekend off right!

Our Lunch Flow session is the perfect way to break away from your desk and get your body moving during your lunch hour. Our instructors will guide you through a series of postures and stretches to help release tension in your shoulders, lower back, hamstrings, and hips. Our Evening Flow class is perfect for winding down your day. This Hatha-based yoga class will help to ease tension and stress, while preparing you for a good night's sleep.
