FAQ

DO YOU TAKE DROP IN STUDENTS?

Yes, drop in students are always welcome based on availability.  A drop in class is $18.

Some classes do fill up sooner so we recommend signing up ahead of time on our website or messaging us at 306-434-0076 to reserve your spot.

WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS?

You will want to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.  We do have some mats available to rent for $2 per class and a selection of mats available for sale.  

We also encourage students to bring any props that help enhance your savasana, such as a bolster or blanket.

WHAT CLASSES ARE PRENATAL FRIENDLY

Some of our classes can be safely modified for a prenatal student.  However not all can be. It is best for students to confirm the class is appropriate before signing up.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

We recommend practicing in bare feet and clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move freely.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class time to give your self time to get set up and settle on your mat.


If you find yourself running a few minutes late please make your way into the studio space quietly and join in when your ready.

I'M NOT FLEXIBLE.  CAN I STILL DO YOGA?

You do not need to be able to reach your toes or stand on your head to find your place in our classes.  During the classes you will be given options of modifications and the use of props to make sure the poses work for you and your body where you are at today.

IS THE STUDIO SCENT FREE?

During our classes we do use essential oils.  If you are sensitive to oil or scents please reach out to us ahead of time and we can make sure to have the diffuser turned off ahead of time.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

Yes we do offer private classes based on teacher availability.
